Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned, trauma-informed pediatric practice serving children and families across Southwest Montana. We provide in-home, community-based occupational and speech therapy with a strong emphasis on mentorship, flexibility, and emotional sustainability for clinicians.

Who We Serve
We specialize in pediatric therapy for children with: Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, trauma, attachment disorders, and emotional regulation needs, feeding therapy and pelvic floor therapy. 
Our model is relationship-based and trauma-informed. 

What Your Work Looks Like
You will: Provide 1:1 therapy in homes and community settings, collaborate closely with families, work with a diverse pediatric caseload, receive direct mentorship and clinical support, have autonomy in how you practice

Ashley Matsumura, COTA/L
Owner, Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy
Ashley has over 8 years of pediatric experience and is certified in: Feeding Therapy,
Pelvic Floor Therapy, Reflex Integration and Trauma Informed Care
She built Mindful Development after seeing too many therapists burned out by
productivity-driven systems. This practice was created to support both children and clinicians.
